Refund Policy – Heritage House Furniture

At Heritage House Furniture, we take pride in offering beautiful, handcrafted wooden furniture and antique-inspired pieces. We carefully check our products before delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. No Refund After Delivery

Once an item has been successfully delivered to the customer, we do not accept refund requests or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect personal preferences, or reasons unrelated to a product defect or applicable legal rights.

We encourage all customers to review the product description, dimensions, design, colour, and other details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Provide your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue so our team can review your request.

Depending on the circumstances, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the item has been dispatched for delivery. Cancellation requests are subject to order status and our confirmation.

Once an item has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Product Appearance and Handmade Variations

Some of our furniture pieces are handcrafted or antique-inspired. Minor variations in wood grain, texture, finish, or colour may occur and are part of the natural character of wooden furniture.

Such minor variations, when consistent with the product description, do not automatically qualify an item for a refund.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or any part of your order is missing, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
